How we use your details
Who Accor People & Culture, organiser of “Leading the Heartist Journey”, People & Culture Community Event 2026, Warsaw, 15–16 October 2026 (the “Event”).
What we collect
First name, last name, email address and mobile number, entered by you in the “Join us” form, together with the date and time of your sign-up and your consent choices.
Why
- To send you information about the Event by email and SMS: confirmation of your sign-up, the programme, practical details before you travel, and short updates during the two days.
- To keep a record of who has given photo and video consent (see the separate consent).
Legal basis
Your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any of our messages or writing to the address below; we will then stop contacting you and delete your details.
Who processes it
Data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore, EU region, Belgium). Emails are sent through Resend (EU region) and SMS through Twilio; both act on our instructions only. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long
Until 90 days after the Event, when the list is deleted. Photo and video consent records are kept as long as the related material is in use, so we can prove consent.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, at any time via the address below. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
